Privacy and the Heypokies local preview

This notice describes the local information project in this folder, not the privacy practices of any Heypokies-branded gambling operator. The project is currently a draft with no assigned public domain. It has no player accounts, payment forms or casino customer database. If a public version is proposed later, its publisher, hosting arrangements, contact details and actual data practices must be reviewed and disclosed before release.

What the local server receives

Opening the preview asks a local server for HTML, styles, fonts and images. Its ordinary console output may record the requested path, response status, time and local network address. The project does not send those ordinary static-file requests to an analytics platform or gambling operator; a separate /go/ visit beacon is prepared for the Pages runtime. The files are served for editing, and the page is marked noindex while the publication domain is unknown.

Disconnected source features

The source website included scripts for accounts, payments, push notifications, captcha, chat and other dynamic functions. Those scripts and the tracking iframe are excluded from the editable preview. Original outbound conversion addresses are removed from its public markup. Search and menu controls run locally; they do not submit a search phrase to the casino. The original capture remains in a separate reference folder for comparison and is not an operational service.

Links to other organisations

The guide links to primary information and support resources such as ACMA and Gambling Help Online. Following one of those links opens a separate service with its own privacy notice, network logging and browser policies. Editorial source links do not carry an affiliate identifier. Commercial controls use a separate /go/ route when the Pages runtime is configured. The editorial policy explains how sources are selected, and the support page keeps independent assistance available without passing through a commercial redirect when it is an editorial source link.

Changes need a new review

A site code and partner route are prepared locally for AU testing, but this domain has not been registered in the remote tracker. A future change that adds analytics, cookies, forms or external services would change this notice and needs a fresh review of what is actually collected and why.
